This plan includes;

So you can pick up at your hotel upon check-in, or our Tokyo shop and return it by using prepaid envelop and posting in any Japanese postal box, even airports. If you are not staying at a hotel or do not select the delivery add-on, and please pick up your wifi from our shop in Harajuku.

    Upon making a reservation please also provide the main travelers name, under which the hotel reservation had been made. Furthermore, if you are staying at an APA Hotel, we cannot check your reservation there beforehand. Thus, please make sure to also provide your hotel reservation number

    Please note: we need at least 2 days for delivery. If placing a last minute booking within 1 days of your visit, please pickup your device at our shop "H.I.S. Harajuku Tourist Information Center".
    Our office is located 1 minutes (on foot) from Harajuku station.

You can pick up your pocket wifi at check-in time in your hotel.(Hotel Delivery available for hotels in Japan)

RETURNING YOUR POCKET WIFI
At the end of your trip, use the prepaid envelope included with your order to return your Pocket Wifi. The envelope can be mailed from any Japanese postal box as well as airport postal box.

NOTICE
Late returns will incur a charge of 700 JPY per day, and lost devices a flat fee of 25000 JPY.

If you are not staying at a hotel or do not select the delivery add-on, and please pick up your wifi from our shop in Harajuku. Our shop is located 1 minutes (on foot) from Harajuku station.
